About us

John has been doing hair since 2015.  He is a licensed Barber and Cosmetologist. His passion for haircuting was founded at Bates Technical College, offering free haircuts to the homeless community to learn his craft.

John's specialty is in highly detailed barbering hair cuts. He does a mean straight razor shave the will leave you feeling smooth and refreshed. He can also tame your beard and shape it to help it look its best.

Kelsey has been doing hair since 2015.  It was easy to see right away that her passion is color. She loves working with vibrant colors but also loves to utilize natural colors to bring life and depth to hair.

Kelsey's specialty is for longer hair, curly hair and razor style cuts.  She creates looks for you that do not have to be styled to look amazing.  

John and Kelsey we're married in May of 2013 on the ship they met on, the Coast Guard Cutter Ida Lewis in Rhode Island. Kelsey served as Food Service Specialist for 4 years, and John, a Boatswainsmate for 8 years. After the Coast Guard they decided on a Career where they could continue to work together.
